Fahrenheit Condos

Location Los Angeles, CA
Year
Status Completed
Type Renovation

Fahrenheit Condos is a comprehensive repositioning of a six-story mixed-use condominium — residences reimagined alongside a full amenity build-out that redefines how the building lives. The exterior was tightened with crisp dark window frames, warm timber cladding, and a deep accent panel that gives the street frontage real graphic weight without abandoning the building's residential scale.

Interior residences are calm and consistent: continuous wide-plank flooring, walnut-and-marble kitchens, oversized double-glazed windows, and integrated millwork that reads as custom rather than spec. Living and dining open into single planes anchored by stone slab tables and quiet, gallery-scaled art walls — the kind of detailing usually reserved for single-family work.

The ground-floor amenity program is where the project finds its character. A starlit-ceiling lobby in oxblood plaster opens into a residents' lounge framed by book-matched marble columns and walnut media wall — and then, almost theatrically, into a resident cycling club with wood-slat acoustic walls, a wellness lounge, and full repair station. Fahrenheit demonstrates NERA's range across multifamily: residence-grade interior work paired with amenity spaces designed to compete with new ground-up construction in the category.
