6th Street

6th Street is a modern farmhouse reimagined for contemporary Los Angeles living. The exterior softens its scale through a pair of pitched gables finished in warm white stucco, framed by deep matte-black trim and steel-frame windows that lend the home a quietly tailored presence on the street.

Inside, the layout opens around a double-height great room crowned by a custom linear chandelier and skylight — a moment of vertical generosity that anchors the home. Wide-plank rift-cut oak floors flow throughout, connecting the chef's kitchen, dining room, and lounge in an open procession. Bronze and brass hardware, soft-grey cabinetry, and honed marble surfaces balance the warmth of the wood with refined material contrast.
